Lance Davidson took on the role of Principal at Kerang Christian College in 2023.
Lance had previously been a Melbournian all his life but was excited by the opportunity to experience rural living and take on a new challenge. He is married to Karen and has four adult children, two of whom are also working in education.
Previously, Lance has held teaching and leadership positions at Flinders Christian Community College and Belgrave Heights Christian School.
He held the position of Deputy Principal at Belgrave Heights for 10 years before moving to Kerang.
Lance believes in making school a place where students are known and have a sense of belonging, while also providing a space to challenge them in their learning.
Personally, Lance enjoys playing golf and cricket, cooking (desserts), listening to music, and above all, having fun.
