Kerang Christian College is a Prep to Year 8 co-educational, non-denominational Christian school. Small class sizes are the feature of the College. Kerang Christian College is designed to facilitate interaction between classes and ages. This makes for a co-operative and stimulating working environment. The College aims to expand the Secondary School beyond Year 8 in the immediate future and will be seeking teachers with VCE experience.

Employment at the College is subject to the following compliance requirements:
- Applicants for teaching positions must hold registration (or permission to teach) as permitted with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- General staff (non-teaching staff, including music tutors) must hold, or be prepared to undergo, a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check that confirms no record of relevant criminal activity as determined by the College
