About Kerang

Kerang is a rural town of approximately 3,500 people on the Loddon River located approximately two and a half hours from Melbourne.

The town has a rich Christian heritage. Many of the staff members at the College attend churches throughout the region. Many of the churches in the area have vibrant small groups that will assist you in becoming more connected with our local community.

The area includes numerous lakes and waterways. Residents enjoy participating in a wide variety of outdoor activities including bush walking, fishing, camping, bird watching, canoeing and swimming. There are many sporting clubs based in Kerang including football, cricket, netball, basketball, swimming, tennis, badminton and more.

The town of Kerang includes many conveniences including coffee shops, restaurants, post office, supermarkets, clothing shops and more.

People travel to and from Melbourne by car and train. Kerang is on the Swan Hill railway line, served by V/Line trains from Kerang station to Melbourne.
